VISITATION GUIDELINES
Visitor Information and Guidelines
We warmly welcome family and friends to our community and appreciate the important role you play in the lives of the residents.
Front Desk Hours and After-Hours Visits
Our Front Desk is open daily from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Guests arriving after hours may enter the building through the Nursing Facility Ambulance Entrance. For the comfort and safety of all residents, after-hours visits should take place in the resident’s room rather than in public or shared areas. Residents in shared rooms may request a private space for visits when available.
Respect for Our Community
We kindly ask all visitors to remember that our facility is a Home for the residents. Please help us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment by following the Resident Rights and Responsibilities, which are posted throughout the building. To protect everyone’s privacy, please refrain from using recording devices, including cell phones, or sharing photos or videos of events on social media where other residents may be visible. We ask that all visitors refrain from using these devices when and where care is provided. Please see a member of the staff if you have questions about posting media and promoting the Home.
Health and Safety Precautions
To help us protect our community, we ask that you postpone your visit if you are feeling unwell. If you have experienced cold or flu-like symptoms—including congestion, runny nose, sore throat, fever, body aches, or diarrhea—within the past 48 hours, please wait until you are symptom-free before visiting. Visitors should also delay visits for seven (7) days following a positive COVID-19 test. If you test positive within 48 hours after visiting, please notify the staff so we may ensure the resident you visited remains healthy and safe.
We also ask that you:
Practice good hand hygiene by washing or sanitizing hands frequently.
Maintain social distancing whenever possible.
Observe posted signage and speak with a nurse if additional protective equipment (PPE) is required before entering certain rooms.
General Visitor Guidelines
To help maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone:
Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of others nearby.
Children are welcome but must remain supervised at all times.
Please do not bring in outside food or beverages for residents other than your loved one without asking a member of the staff first.
Service animals are permitted; however, pets must be approved in advance and comply with our visitation policy.
Staff instructions must be followed at all times to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Thank you for helping us keep our Home a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all who live and work here. Your understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated.
