We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional care within a dynamic 105 bed, healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive nursing knowledge, and experience managing nursing operations in our nursing facility and assisted living home. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining our 5-Star quality standards in resident care, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The Director of Nursing Services will oversee clinical operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of comprehensive, resident-centered care aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Must possess a District of Columbia Nursing License
Must possess at minimum a Bachelor of Nursing Degree
Have at least 3 years’ experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care environment
4 Certified Nursing Assistant
3 Day – CNA
Nursing Facility
4 Evening – CNA
Full-time
3 Night - CNA
The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine care and comfort to residents while communicating essential information by established protocols
Must have certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the District of Columbia or a current certificate from a nursing school within 4 months of the school completion date.
